Back in school, we always had experiments and projects to perform; I remember we had yearly “Project Exhibit” which was a whole day activity in which groups will display their projects made. This exhibit was held every year and it became like contest where in you will be called winners if your project came in at the top. On our first year being new, we had a hard time thinking of a good project to make that will appeal to the judges, but we were able to produce an electronic clap switch. Our project functioned by clapping your hands to turn it on and clapping your hands twice to turn it off.; we were all girls at the time in our group so we celebrated our success in making this kind of project.   We were made to team up with other classmates after that because our teacher showed us how to deal with people who are not your friends. A lot of things happened after those two years and we also learned many valuable lessons along the way. A workflow is very essential to my life and whenever I work I really have to follow a certain flow for me to be effective. I have found my passion in life, and that is to make videos so that I can share them to everyone even after many years. My goal in my yoga class is to do headstand, and to be able to do it, it requires a lot of arm and shoulder strength, which is the weakest part of my body. In my four months of going to a yoga class, I am able to do most of the poses in the Ashtanga series, except for those the require arm strength like the flying insect pose, crow pose and the finale pose in the series, the headstand. I would be doing my headstand by december, that is my target, I am not pushing myself hard because I want to take it slowly, and master the other poses in the series. I do not find the twists and bending too difficult to do so I am very confident with my flexibility, my only challenge is to keep and sustain the poses for five breaths. I also need to learn to breathe deeply on every count and to stop holding my breath to keep my pose,I usually waver on the third count, and lose my concentration and balance. It is such a challenge for me to do poses that use the abdominal strength, I find it really hard to do.
